Erica Marr  began her dance training at 3 years old and started actively teaching at 16 years old. Excelling as a studio competition dancer, she was later drawn to pursue Latin Ballroom. In less than 2 years into her training, Erica won a World Championship title in her division, sparking her to move to New York City to continue training as a professional. Training under champion coaches such as Shirley Ballas, Nadia Eftadel, and Joanna Zacharewicz, Erica has been a top Latin competitor in ballroom competitions across the country. Later moving to Los Angeles, she was able to continue her love for teaching and is currently a Professional Latin competitor and award-winning choreographer. Her positive approach to teaching keeps her in high demand and leaves students feeling inspired. She thoroughly enjoys expanding student’s versatility and knowledge of Latin Ballroom technique and is excited to bring that to the convention circuit.
